Last
night following Blink-182’s nearby headlining set, drummer Travis Barker hosted
a rocking concert after-party at Hyde Bellagio. Named “punk’s first superstar
drummer” by Rolling Stone, Barker, along with friends, hit the fountain-side
hot spot to party the night away after a spectacular performance.
Sporting
his classic punk look of a backwards hat and Vans, Barker arrived at the sleek
night spot just after 1 a.m. and kindly
stopped to greet and take photos with fans. Before arrival, Barker tweeted
"Ready fo my #afterparty @hydebellagio #LeZzzzzgo #NobodyCaresGoHarder
#FamousFamily" while also posting a photo on Instagram.
As
Barker and his friends made their way to a plush VIP booth overlooking the
dance floor, Hyde’s sexy servers greeted Barker and his crew with flashing
lights and giant letters spelling out “T-R-A-V-I-S.” Joining Barker inside was Mesut Özil, a German
professional footballer who plays for English club Arsena. The crowd went wild
when DJ D Miles announced, “Make some noise for Travis Barker!” DJ D Miles
continued to pump up the crowd with a remix of Blink 182’s classic hit “All The
Small Things.”
Confetti
and cocktails continued to flow as the group raged on into the early hours of
the morning.
