Motley Brew Festival Adds More Craft Beers! In Downtown Vegas!

Tuesday, September 16, 2014

Motley
Brews brings a new level of craft beer immersion at Las Vegas’ largest fall
craft beer event with an elaborate lineup consisting of more than 200 craft
brews presented by more than 60 breweries during the Downtown Brew Festival at
Clark County Amphitheater on Saturday, Sept. 20 from 6 to 10 p.m.

Attracting
more than 3,000 beer enthusiasts, the annual festival features samplings from
around the world.  Tapping into Las
Vegas’ own beer market, Motley Brews has collaborated with the Nevada Craft
Brewers Association to feature rare and exclusive beers from local favorites
including Joseph James Brewing Company, Banger Brewery, Chicago Brewing
Company, Tenaya Creek Brewery, Big Dog’s Brewing Company, and many others from
around Nevada.

Since
the success of Motley Brews’ Great Vegas Festival of Beer and previous Downtown
Brew Festivals, more breweries from beyond the city have joined in to support
the growth of craft beer in Nevada as well.
Notable newcomers to the festival include Victory Brewing Company,
Southern Pennsylvania’s premiere and nationally-celebrated craft brewery, which
just made its Las Vegas debut, along with Stone Brewing Company, The Lost
Abbey, Port Brewing Company, Ninkasi Brewing, Golden Road Brewing, Laughing Dog
Brewing and Clown Shoes Beer.

Specialty
and seasonal brews available at the festival include Storm King Imperial Stout,
from Victory Brewing Company; Bel-Gin, a Belgian Dubbel aged in gin barrels
from Joseph James Brewing Company; Mongo IPA, from Port Brewing Company; a cask
of Hop Ride IPA, infused with grapefruit peel from Tenaya Creek Brewery; and
many more. For a complete list of the participating breweries and the beer
selection, please visit the Downtown Brew Festival Breweries website.

Tickets
are currently on sale and available for General Admission for $35; Early Entry
for $45; and VIP for $75 until Tuesday, Sept. 16. A portion of ticket proceeds
will benefit The Neon Museum and Nevada Craft Brewers Association (NCBA). For
more information or to purchase tickets, please visit the Downtown Brew
Festival website.
